Run by Nora Gres Studio and inspired by Fuorisalone in Milan, this Artspace presents exhibitions that matter in Contemporary Art and Visual Culture.
THE IDEA
Fiori Chiari–Fiori Oscuri: Light Flowers–Dark Flowers. The names of two well-known streets in Brera, Milan. Two rooms that merge into one another, symbolising light and dark as juxtaposed forces. Two rooms, far away from a sterile gallery, two rooms that create a homely interior setting for art, to start dialogues in a storytelling environment.
LA IDEA
Fiori Chiari–Fiori Oscuri – I nomi di due famose strade di Brera, a Milano. Due spazi che si uniscono tra loro, simbolizzando luce e ombre, come forze contrapposte. Due spazi che sono lontani da essere sterili gallerie, due spazi che creano un interno abitabile per l’arte, per cominciare dialoghi in un ambiente che racconta storie.

FCFO is a beautiful location in the middle of Munich at Blumenstraße 23, whose rooms have been lovingly renovated in different colours and transformed into a homely artspace. At the street front, the two shops that merge into one another, one painted in light colours, the other dark, illustrate the concept of the name “Fiori Chiari – Fiori Oscuri”.
FCFO is the new location of Nora Gres Studio and its window to the outside. In addition to Nora Gres Studio‘s murals, sculptures and furniture dressings, a curated selection of furniture, design and art is also shown in the cozy atmosphere. These are built into exciting settings and become three-dimensional storytelling.
Born from the idea of “Fuorisalone” in Milan, FCFO as a Pop-Up Artspace also offers other areas and genres temporary space to exhibit and engage in an exciting dialogue.

In addition to being an exhibition space, FCFO is also a salon that offers space for literature, music and conversations. A place to work and think, move, create, repair, philosophise and heal. Eat and drink with exciting people at a Pop-Up Meal, listen to a spontaneous reading and music, or sit down at the piano and play!
